Pearl was rescued from a wooded area near an entrance to a neighbor. She was seen darting out of the road in the beam of headlights. She could be heard crying in the woods, desperate. Her soon to be new owner was able to get her to come out and come to her. She was so small she could fit in the palm of her hands. She was so scared. The next day there was a coyote in the same spot who must have heard her crying and made his way over to that area. This spot was her favorite on the back of the couch for a while. You could say it was her happy place.
