In order to receive a full reimbursement of your money, the return postage must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
If all of the item(s) are returned within this time-frame in the same condition as it was when shipped, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (return postage will not be refunded).
Packaging and ShippingI personally guarantee that my art work will be packaged sufficiently enough so that damage is prevented as best as it can be during transit.
Orders for original paintings are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Handling time for prints can vary a little, but typically is around 2-3 days. Most orders international orders as well as canvas print orders take about 2-3 weeks for delivery.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?If the package is received damaged in the mail, photograph the package as it was received as well as the item itself. Email the photos to Bruce@BruceStricklandArt.com along with a description of what is damaged. Your material will be reviewed and if it is determined that there was indeed a problem during shipping, your item will be replaced with no questions asked.
