At Oscar's former home outside of town he was able to enjoy much of his life basting in the sun and roaming around with his best friend Sam, the family collie. Once he became part of his new family he got to know the joys of being an indoor cat. I guess I should say the ins and outs of being an indoor cat. In this painting, Purrfect View, Oscar is gazing out across the yard and field. You can't help but wonder if he's spotted a bird or squirrel or simply doing a little daydreaming of his old days in the outdoors with his best friend Sam.
